Refund and Returns Policy

Refund

All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving the item.

Please email [email protected] to process your return. You must initiate a return within 14 days of your shipping date.

International packages marked return to sender or refused will receive store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee). Original shipping is not returned.

There may be additional times when refunds are processed, including damages, lost packages, inventory holds, cancelations, etc. After refunds have been processed & completed, it can take up to 30 days to appear on the customer account.

Returns & Exchanges

Note: Beginning January 2020, we will no longer be shipping Nike and Jordan products outside of the USA.

We offer free returns within the continental United States. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

To receive a refund for your return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

• Initiate a return within 7 days of your shipping date
• In original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging
• Intimate apparel and swimwear (including, but not limited to, lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
• Footwear must be returned with the dust bag, original shoe box and any other included materials (such as hang-tags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. All original shoe boxes must be placed inside a shipping box in order to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit. Final Sale items include, but are not limited to, socks, publications, apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products, garment care products, etc…) and any items marked Final Sale.

SneakerHub reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address or issued store credit minus a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Original shipping is not returned.
